Can I have an alarm sound (for instance) played when a button is clicked? I have the sound clip but I don’t know how to integrate it in this way into my Webpage.

Try the SoundFX Action. But keep that sound file as tiny as possible, because there is no way to preload the sound without playing it, so the Action has to download the sound when you press the button. There is an unavoidable lag between click and noise as a result.
