[Pro] All kinds of error messages

I am doing updates for a client.

I tried to publish and I got "Could not complete the ‘Publish Site’ command because you do not have the necessary access privileges. (-5000:453:49)

I tried to save my work, and I got “Could not save because of a disk error. (-38:114:9670)”

I tried to revert to saved and it said “Could not revert to saved because you do not have the necessary access privileges. (-5000).”

I shut down Freeway and reopened the file. Same problems. Now it won’t let me close out of Freeway at all. I have a backup on a hard drive. PLEASE HELP!

Update: The other sites on my computer working and let me update and save them, but still no luck with the problem one. I tried opening the auto back-up that FW creates. No luck. Even with the healthy site files, Freeway is running VERY slow. I recently upgraded to Lion OS. COuld that have something to do with it? Other than that, nothing has changed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
