[Pro] anchors not working

i have a calendar listing page wherein i’ve placed a calendar at the top of the page and have each number linked to an anchor placed next to the listing text.
problem is, when i click on the one, the whole page shifts up slightly in the browser window, which is ok, but when i click on the thirty the page doesn’t move, it stays put, even though the thirty and the anchor are linked.

anyone out there have any idea why this might be happening? its a long calendar list and i’d hate to have people scroll through the page manually.

Hi Adam

Can you post a link to your page in the format http://www.etccetc

We can then have a look at what you have and read the code which is the basis of your page.

If you also change/set File>Document Setup>Output and make HTML Code:More Readable that will help.

Thanks for the link but if you had added http:// to the front it would have made it clickable as well.

I think the basic problem with your page is that it is all graphic text.

The numbers down the left are one graphic while the calendar listings are another.

The best way to get this to work reliably is to use HTML text. You could use graphic text but you would need to make each calendar entry a separate graphic.

Remember the accessibility issue - graphic text is not accessible nor is it Search Engine friendly and should be used sparingly.
