Hello friends,
I am trying to work out how to do a simple animation on a horizontal menu, but have run out of ideas.
What I want is for a little graphic to slide across to above the link being hovered over.
A simple example of what I mean is here: http://www.sly-design.co.uk/menu/
I was hoping there may be some way to do it with jQuery, Scriptaculous, or Moo etc.
Any ideas?

This can pretty much be done with the CSS menu action
Example at http://www.deltadesign.co/examples/textlinks2.html
Adjust the padding to suit the size of your image

Thanks for your reply Dave,
I actually want the arrow to ‘slide’ over as an animation and I don’t think CSS menu action will do this.

Nope - not with the CSS Menu action

Cant vouch for its effectiveness
