Correct. I finally have it down, but it’s a bear. One of the things that makes it tough is having to put the various text layers on top of each other. Unless I’m missing something – and I probably am – every time I want to change something in one of my text layers, I have to click it on the site list to the left, then ever-so-slowly arrow it over onto the pasteboard, make my change, and then carefully line it back up onto the document. That makes it hard to do edits.
This was a requirement of the previous version, but it’s no longer true.
The main Carousel is placed where you want the effect to appear in
your final page. Each Carousel Pane may be placed anywhere on the page
or pasteboard. The Action hoovers them up from wherever they are and
assembles them into the final construction. The only thing you will
need to watch is their layer order (in the Site panel), which governs
the order of appearance for panes 2 - N.
