Does anyone know if there’s a way to bundle videos (QuickTime, Windows Media, Real Player) so that, when one clicks on an image, in Freeway, the appropriate video starts playing for their computer?

No, the only way to do that degree of difference is to have separate buttons for the user to choose. Best is a very slippery thing in this regard: I happen to think that QuickTime looks best, but if you don’t have it installed, you might not agree!

I’d prefer QuickTime too, specifically H.264 but even a lot of Mac users don’t have the right QT for H.264, let alone Windows users.
The client requested that we not use Flash.
Will probably just do separate buttons.

QuickTime 7 supports the H.264 encoder and decoder - which pretty much covers most Mac users and also all iPod, iPhone,iPad Mac and PC owners.
So you should be pretty safe there.
