I haven’t yet experienced to get irritated by the Consortium, until today. For some reason, the CSS doesn’t validate certain elements evidently belonging to Carousel and Background Supersizer.
As far as I can see, nobody has yet reported such a case, and given the authorship of both these actions, I suppose it must have been something on my part (I use version 5.6.4) The page in question is at www.difrens.si Any ideas?
Check that you have the latest version of Protaculous installed. That NaN is from the method that calculates the width of the inner slider DIV in the Carousel, and I remember fixing that quite a while ago. Also triple-check that all of your panes are entirely on the pasteboard (not hanging off the edge), and that if one has a border, they all have the same border.

Dear Walter,
The HTML is fine of course, it’s the CSS validator that reported errors. Please see
Protaculous – I downloaded it from Carousel - ActionsForge the 5.5 version. Not sure if this is the newest (?) Just checked in Get Info, the date of creation is April 22, 2009, the modification date is that of the installation, so I can’t tell really.
All panes are on the pasteboard indeed, not even touching the page. I keep it tidy when I work Neither has any borders. I even made them all have the same padding (though custom, not all values are the same within each pane, but they are the same across them i.e. all panes have precisely the same padding, even style, everything. Except that one has child items with pass-through graphics and rollover actions applied thereto.
Click on the item that you have applied the Carousel Action to, look in the bottom-right of the Actions palette and make sure you see 1.3 there.

Can you cut this down to just the one page in Freeway, and send me that one page document? Be sure to scrub your password out before saving it. If you’re looking at this on the Web, my address is on my profile page (click my name on any post I’ve written).

The Supersizer errors are for IE and Firefox things to make the images look better when resized by the Action. The IE ones are aimed at IE7 and are obsolete as of IE9. I’ll leave them in there for now as they are doing no harm but in a future update they’ll get removed.
But there’s nothing to worry about, they are just non-standard browser specific properties that won’t validate.
Exactly, no worries here, everything works well as far as I tested across a few browsers (IE7 and 9, wonder why people use IE anyways but I’m hardly alone wondering), Firefox, Chrome, Safari. The old Android doesn’t resize the bg photo, but that’s just the old gingerbread plus I’m not that much concerned about mobiles at all, planning to publish a whole different content optimized for mobile visitors. Even as it is now, it works brilliant on iPhones, unsurprisingly.
I can live with the W3C not being perfectly content with my pages of course.
