[Pro] Bring to front vs Send to back (advice)

Hi,

if I have a page that has graphic text called “WELCOME” that I want to appear right away when page loads (and it does work right now), and I also on that same page have 12 other items that transition in after the “welcome,” in order to have the welcome message have the best fastest and smoothest chance of showing nicely FIRST, is it better to set the “welcome” graphic to

-Bring to Front
-Send to back or
-does not matter

Bring to Front

But if you are using Transitions etc this may not be totally relevant - as long as the ‘Welcome’ item is in front of the others.

BTW - I still think that you should have that Welcome graphic only display once - not on every page load.
