I am sure I have done this before but id like to know if I can use extended to fix the height of a table cell and how.

Update your subscriptions at:

Click within the middle of the cell so you see the fat gray selection
rectangle over its border. Click on the left-most tab of the inspector
and click the Extend button in that pane. In the resulting dialog,
click New, and enter the following Name / Value pair:
style height:200px
Be sure to put only style in the name field and only height:dimension
in the value field.
Obviously, change this value to something more like what you want.
