[Pro] can't submit form/add text area

My php is enabled (I think) but I don’t see where in the action menu to connect the text area and submit button with the rest of the send form action? Thanks :slight_smile:

You appear to have applied the SendForm action to the ‘Your Name’ field

Instead remove it from there and apply it as a Page Action ie Page>Page Actions>Send Form

You should really make some (or all fields) ‘required’ to avoid empty submissions.
