This answer is common to any inline Action that generates text, or to a Markup Item inserted inline in a run of text:
Put at least one space before and one space after the inline Action Item and then select the [space][action][space] sandwich with a text cursor and apply the style you like.
If you want to create a link style, so you get hover and click style differences (or just want to remove the underline) then click once on the HTML box that contains the Action text, click on the second tab of the Inspector, open the Links segment, and go to town there.
