[Pro] Carousel that fades with next and previous buttons

Hello guys,

Two questions, I’d be grateful if you could have a quick look at:

[1] I have the Carousel action and the Scripty Fader action. I’ve searched for some time now and cannot find anything which combines the two:

I want a slideshow that fades with buttons to navigate to the desired slide AND also previous and next buttons.

I’d really like to know if anyone has managed to create this using Freeway, and if so offer some advice to how I may be able to make something similar.

[2] I also wish to use the Carousel on my site. The next and previous buttons do not work when I turn off plug-ins in Safari (therefore iphone users will only be able to see the first slide) I understand that there will be no sliding transition, but I thought the buttons would still work. Has anyone else found this or just me?

Carousel works fine on iOS devices.

Is it not JavaScript you turned off in Safari?

ScriptyFader ( ActionsForge - The Complete Repository of Freeway Actions ) will do most of what you want - example here http://www.deltadesign.co/examples/scriptyfader.html

No previous/next buttons but you can indicate which slide they are looking at so that they can choose the next.

I’ll go with the Scriptyfader.

Be great if the option to add previous/next buttons were built into this in the future.
