[Pro] Centred text on a supersizer background

Can Anyone tell me how to centre text and image boxes when using the supersizer action?

All looks centred on the master and pages but ranges left viewing in a browser

thanks

you have to use the box construction method for this.
The outer container width is set to available.
The box inside that is set to Fixed% and set the value to 100%.
You then place another box with a fixed width containing your text or graphic inside this one and align to centre.
(The first container I mention with width set to available – may not be required depending on what you want on the page).

I am currently working on a site that uses exactly this layout over the supersizer background.

Was going to ask Walt if there was a bit of extended code that could be used instead of the BG Supersizer as I think this might be slowing the load time down…
(couldn’t be anything to do with my image size could it!)

Couldn’t get your page to load at all!

Consider that each bg image should only be a few hundred k tops - obviously the smaller the better while retaining as much quality as you need (for a background image)

While you can get certain elements to centre align without an inline layout, for the full bhoona it will need to be.

Seriously?!
Works fine in Safari and Explorer – which browser are you using?

Loading today - not when I tried yesterday.
