If it is the Scotseed site then you are using the SendForm action and you will find the recipient address in the Recipient address field in the action interface.
If you have the action applied as a Page action then it will appear in the actions window when you have nothing on the page selected.
Otherwise you will have to select the item the action is applied to before you will see the action interface.
