[Pro] Changing Background in CSS

I developed a CSS menu that just had colors for a background. Now I want to change it to an image. I made all the changes in the action box but the original is ‘stuck’ there. This is not the first time that I have had this kind of thing happen in Freeway. How do I remove the old format without having to completely redo the menu bar? The website is <www.dachshund-dca.org>
Thanks for any help. This is frustrating!

Have you uploaded your changes yet? As I dont see any image references in your code.

Try a Ctrl+File>Publish Everything before reuploading.

I did upload the changes. I am never sure what is wrong when I have had issues like this. I imported the image and made the various changes in the actions. Ultimately I uploaded the images separately using Fetch. When I retraced my steps and did the Publish everything as you suggested, it seems to have worked. Thanks!
