Is there a way to change the attributes of text (size, style, font, color) inside all of the cells in a table at the same time? Thanks!

Try to use named styles at all times, then you can change the style in the styles palette “document wide” rather than picking through each page.
You can also select to whole table or a table cell to apply a text style to the text enclosed in that table /cell
