Hi Bobby - that looks good!
One comment I will make is that your enquiry form being in a pop-up window leaves no way for the viewer to get back from the error page without closing the window and pressing the Quick Start button again. If you placed a javascript go back link using. Click here to return to the previous page
javascript:history.go(-1)
Then the submitter would be able to go back to the form to rectify their error without having to reinput all the info again…
