What you are after is a Content Management System. In my rather limited experience, I have found the easiest CMS for Freeway is WebYeb. There are plenty of others as well, Pulse is often mentioned.
In WY you basically set up a template with image and text boxes and have them on a loop and so can be repeated for additional boats, in your case. There are very good manuals with the software.
