I would like to know what is the best way to let a client see their website that i designed for them inside of my website. Do i need to have a new folder for them.

Yes. Its best to upload it to a folder you can create via an ftp programme such as fetch or transmit.
The link to send them would be
http://www.yourdomain.com/thefoldername/index.html

You don’t actually need an FTP app to do this - it can all be done with FW.
In your normal site (FW document) create a sub folder and give it a name eg. ‘client1’
Dont create any pages within that folder but upload your site to the server using the normal FW Upload method.
This will create an empty folder on your server called ‘client1’
In the FW doc that you are working on for the client set the upload path to yoursite.com/client1 and use the same username and password you do for your website.
Now when you upload the client’s site it will all go into the ‘client1’ folder within your site. The url for the client site will then be yoursite.com/client1
