I was wondering if anyone had views on this, pro’s and con’s.
I’ve a client who would like to add a page to their current and established site that they can update with general news on a regular basis, initially I thought of Webyep or similar but it struck me that as its just a single page they’re looking for maybe a blog page might suffice.
One element I’m a bit confused about for both options is the creation of new pages to move onto if the page becomes too long.
Blogging is something I haven’t gotten into so its a blank sheet for me.
Cost I should add isn’t a particular issue here, client is happy to pay for licence and actions if I go the Webyep route.

How about a server-side include? (search the forum here for it) or
maybe an HTML item on a page that’s linked to a Google Doc, which your
client could edit online using his Google account, and the changes
would then be automatically updated on the Web page?
Trust there to be further options. SSI sounds complicated so probably won’t go there. Shall have a look at the google doc option.
Webyep seems the best so far and at least I’ll have the actions for any further sites requiring cms. Or if this client decides upon more hands on with his other pages.
