[Pro] CMS password protected pages

Is this possible?
A CMS site (Webyep or similar) for a photographer which has

1 The possibility for the site owner to create pages which can only be accessed by a client (password protected?)

2 These new pages contain a shopping cart of some sort.

The photographer does weddings so I can see where he is going. The shopping cart I think is probably not vital being as wedding photos have limited shelf lives and clients. Nevertheless it would be of interest to know.

You could do this with WebYep, but only using some php coding to make the password function to work as I would assume only the client wants to see their pages and nothing else.

Same goes with the shopping cart WebYep and a smattering of php can produce a shopping process to send to a shopping cart like Mals.

There are a LOT of these photographer site systems available on HotScripts, written for precisely the sort of situation you describe. You will need to hand-code the templates, however, so there’s a guaranteed learning curve ahead. But as far as being able to show customers their photos, while other customers only see their own, this is a problem with lots of existing solutions.

Many thanks David and Walter for your leads. Looks like I have some homework to do tonight.

Best wishes Richard
