Hi I am trying to use a service called stripe on my website, as I am not a developer this is becoming tricky, however I have been told I am doing it correctly so I am wondering is it freeway that doesn’t have the function. What I am trying to do is put the code in a markup, but the code just appears on the page instead of performing the action, I have coded the button, however I then need to insert more code separately that must be connected to this button but if I put it in the same markup it as I have said just appears on the page?
Can you post a link to show what it looks like now? Also, if this is code, what language is it written in, and if it is in PHP, are you trying to preview it on your Mac, or on the live server? (Worlds of difference between the two.)

As Walter suggests a link to a live web page will help us diagnose your issue far more easily.
The main things to remember is that there are different ways and places to add “Markup”
There is of course using Insert>Markup Item and also Page>Html Markup which offers the other options of where to add this markup ie before , after , before end etc etc
It may well be that your code has to be split up and added in several different places to get it to work.
So provide a link and we can probably point you in the right direction because FW is certainly capable of handling it.
