[Pro] Collate form info & send as text messgae

Hi a client of mine has asked me whether he can have a form on his site, whereby when the user submits the info, it’s then collated and sent to him in the form of a text message, rather than email… what’s the best way of going about this?

Thanks for your help in advance

You’ll need to find (and pay fees to) an SMS Gateway service that has
an interoperation agreement with your client’s service provider.

That said, many SMS services accept an incoming e-mail to [the phone
number] @ [provider dot domain] and turn it into an SMS for you. There
are usually limits to this, number of messages per hour or something,
or a total limit on the account, but these vary by provider. If your
client’s provider offers something like this, then you can use the
normal PHP Feedback Form to send the text messages!

Cheers Walter, that all makes sense.
I’ll look into it.

Many thanks
