[Pro] Contact Form has stopped working

What version of Freeway are you using, and which of the contact form handler Actions?

I spoke to Fasthosts, who have said some technical changes were made at the end of April and I therefore need to update the code, they have said the issue relates to the “from” field, which should be showing my e-mail address, but, apparently is not. Although I have used Freeway for many years I only really understand the basics, and am not sure how I would go in and start changing code. The ‘recipient’ address on the send form action is correctly showing my e-mail address, so I am unsure what else I can do. Any advice as to how to get it working again would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in Advance.
