Ask your hosting provider if they can white-list the address ‘no-reply @ your-domain.com’ (where your-domain is really your domain). If you don’t fill in the Sender name and address and don’t choose a field to be the from address in the Action interface, then the handler will use that address instead.
You can also try setting the Sender Name and Sender Address fields with an actual user in your domain, and if you have chosen a field to be the from address, set that back to null. You can still get the sender’s e-mail address from them using this form, but the e-mail that is sent to you won’t be “apparently from” them.
