Hi Nakean,
Try following the instructions in the Using Freeway Guide for the Create Email Action (page 141);

I’m not sure of what sort of code CraigsList supports but the Action will strip down your design and internalize the code. Try and avoid anything too fancy (Actions, markup etc) as a lot of these services will block the use of scripts in listings for security reasons.
