I have a new Mac. What is the best way to transfer my Freeway Pro 6.1.2 to the new machine. Do I just download it and use my existing Serial number?

Yes. You may use it on two devices, one at a time.

Why not use Migration Assistant to transfer all your files and apps to the new Mac - I assume it is still there in the latest OS!?
