[Pro] CSS-menu permeant on top how ?

I just started to use FWP7 quite a novice in this field.
I am trying to use some of the new templates (SecondSight) as a base to redesigned my website build with FWE6.
I would like the menu and title to stay on top of the page when scrolling down (As with the Esperanto template).
However I cannot figure out how to achieve that. I can see in the Esperanto there is an item called “don’t delete me” which is a layered item and the CSS-menu is also layered. I think this creates the behavior I would like,
Cannot figure out how to change the non layered top (Page wrapper or Header) of the SecondSight into layered.
Or should I perform something completely different.
Thanks
Ben

select the DIV that facilitates the menu, go to the inspector palette and (when it’s a layered item) select ‘Fixed in window’. When it’s an inline item, hit Cmd+Alt+X and add this to the DIV Style tab: ‘position:fixed’.

Just to add a little on what Richard said, in the Esperanto template, the ‘don’t delete me’ item is simply an anchor point for the menu. Nothing to do with fixing the position.

If you look at the CSS Menu item, in the inspector you will see ‘Fixed in window’ ticked as Richard suggested.
