[Pro] CSS menu won't respond to breakpoints

I can’t seem to get my CSS menu to respond at a given breakpoint. I’m asking it to show an icon at a 555 breakpoint, I’ve set an open and close menu icon. but it just doesn’t want to show up as requested when viewing the site.

I have another site for which I have (I think) done exactly the same and that seems to work fine?

Set the item #church-court-menu on something flexible such as percent or available or whatever.
