[Pro] Download/Revert to FW 5.6.4

Currently running 5.6.5 & having issues with the Meta Plus action!

How can I download 5.6.4 again & go back a version?!!

I can get 5.6.1 below, but then how can I get 5.6.4? Because by default will FW offer me an upgrade to the latest version again from the 5.6.1 version to (5.6.5) but I want 5.6.4
