[Pro] DROP SHADOW ISSUES???

Is anybody else out there experiencing drop shadow problems, mine have gone haywire for no reason apparent???

Have had this issue for quite a few versions of FW Pro.

My drop shadows become a block shadow with no grey tones, completely replacing the enclosing box does the trick but its annoying all the same.

Seems to be no reason for it happening either!

Check that the image the drop shadow is attached to is being output with transparency, either as a gif or a png. Jpgs will add a background to the shadow which may or may not match the background of your page.

Hope that helps. Regards

Just a though and maybe not relevent, are the images ‘pass-through’?

None of these guys, I had all the usual problems early on in my FWP career.

These are nonsensical. I was creating a slideshow and copy pasted three boxes all with the correct settings but different shadows.

I also created three separate boxes not in a slideshow and they are all different shadows???

Regards

Steve
