Hello help please, I have done my link verification
I am in freeway trying to follow instructions on setting up my shopping cart, in freeway when i press the E buy button I get a message saying ‘you must enter a hash verification key or turn this off in E shop settings’
I can not get to the E shop settings section in ‘file’ ‘Document setup’ ‘Upload’ as per the freeway instructions.
Also I was reading another freeway talk section where I am missing off mals the freeway settings button under the link verification part in advance settings.
Can someone help please, I am new to all of this.

Hi Andrina,
The hash verification options can be found in the E-Shop Settings Action which should be attached to your site (home) folder. Click on the site folder and open the Actions palette if it isn’t already open (Window > Actions). The Add link verification and Key code options should be there.
If you need to check the Freeway settings file you can do this from your Mals admin area. Click on the Cart setup tab and Freeway settings in the Advanced settings section.

Thanks Tim got it, I was simply not clicked onto site folder.
Now onto my next problem I have made the shopping cart look I want, and would like to start the E buy button section, I click on my html text and hit item - Action - and there is only E buy Form, NO E buy button as per the instruction on page 409
What am I doing wrong.
I just made a new graphic button and I can get the E buy to work, what would it be with the format of my other buttons, they appear to be graphic. can i duplicate all the E Buy buttons? and do I need to put an amount $ price on each button? or will this be taken care of in Mals
Well something worked although I got this message.
I have looked in Mals all looks good to me would it be my provider go daddy or am i missing something? please help.
