I’m going to need to create a slide show for a site we have and I’ve never done one before, so I was wondering the easiest way to do it.
I have CS 4 Design Premium (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash (NO idea how to use it), Acrobat, Fireworks (never used it).
I also have Quicktime Pro.

Creates Flash slideshows with multiple transitions, background music etc. etc.
They do bundle pricing with other apps in the stable that you are likely to use once you know they exist.

Well, I wound up using iMovie. I’m at v6 HD.
Pretty easy to use once you figure out a few things.
I was pretty clueless, since I’d never use it before.
