I think the only easy thing is to integrate it into Freeway, but styling is totally off, very complex and not the walk through the park. But it should be noted that (nearly) all shopping carts do have this in common.
Hi There Thomas!
so do you mean this simple style is difficult using Ecwid?
I am confused. I understood that I would design my freeway design shop online and then use ecwid to integrate once my page is designed?? no?
I have used Mals and it was fairly simple to integrate some logo and color options only. I was hoping Ecwid would allow me to have more design control
thx
Carla
You have the total control on your page-design and the integration of the ecwid default appearance, but adjusting the “ecwid-core” such as buttons and all the rest is totally off Freeway and needs to be done in the ecwid css. I once set up an example http://kimmich-dm.de/ecom/ecwid-shop.html but I leave no doubt that this was outermost tricky.
Mals is different, cause you simply hook the shop-stuff more or less directly on Freeway-items so indeed much more control.
Oh my realty Thomas?
Ugh
Does ecwid have a place I could view their button options before I choose them?
They could be just fine since I have seen their sample sites but I already recommended them to client
Thx for advice
