I can see this in the source
src="http://www.easthalldesign.com/doubleglazing.jpeg

yet the instructions say I can create a folder called email - for all the images to go (on the server) yet the code created isn’t pointing /email/doubleglazing.jpeg

?

Do you not have to specify the folder within the action?

Did you create a new document for your email page - not as part of another site?

And then set the upload path as yoursite.com/email once you had created the ‘email’ folder on your server using an FTP app?

yep - but the site sits with Fasthost so when I use Freeway to upload the email files its Htdocs/email

Should I not use fw to upload the files and do it via a ftp client?

I created the email folder using the ftp app - but am uploading to this via Fw’s Ftp?

so when I use Freeway to upload the email files its Htdocs/email

Which is the same as yoursite.com/email

But the New FW doc that you create just for your HTML email should only consist of 1 page and upload to Htdocs/email

Also what did you put in the Document Setup>Upload under Web address

Did you use www.yoursite.com or www.yoursite.com/email

Yes you need to specify the folder/file location or the paths are written incorrectly.

Glad you have it sorted.

If you don’t specify a web address in Document Setup>Upload under Web address then the action will tell you that it is required for it the action to work. So that is where it gets its parameters from when writing the absolute paths to the files/resources. (just clarification for latecomers).
