When I try and send the completed form get the message ‘Sorry
An error seems to have occurred please try again.’ Contacted the host 123reg and they said " Our system developers have now changed the PHP version of your hosting back to 5.2.14, however please update your code to be compatible with PHP 5.6.18.
The next Tuesday we will change the PHP version back to 5.6.18 and we will no longer revert it to 5.2.14.
Can anyone help please? Simon
Which one of the form handler Actions are you using? PHP Feedback Form, or Send Form?

Have you followed the instructions to create a different error message page for each of the possible error states? That may give you more information about exactly what is going on here.
As far as I know, the PHPFF should work equally well with either of those versions of PHP. The Send Form Action requires a fairly modern version of PHP, although not so modern as to be unusable in the average shared server setup.
