i just can’t figure out what i am doing wrong. I try to embed html, (square up shopping cart item) and it puts it at the top of my page, not where I want it. This happened too when I tried to upload a youtube video months ago and i just gave up. I’ve read some tutorials and I’m confused…

Did you use the Page / HTML Markup dialog, or the Insert / Markup Item for this purpose? If the latter, what does the code look like that you’re asked to enter? Can you paste just that inserted code at Gist or Pastie, and send us a link to that?

I’m not sure exactly how I did it. I can do some really cool things on Freeway Pro, then some really dumb stuff. Wish this was spam, then I wouldn’t be so confused. Any recommendations? I think I did html markup, . I copied the embed text and pasted, but it didn’t show up where i needed it. i uploaded it to my server. I even went to the html markup page to try and delete it and nothing was there. This is when i feel really stupid

Looks like you used Page>Html Markup and pasted the code in the before Html section.
This is wrong.
Go back in there and delete what you added.
Now use Insert>Markup item - this will open a dialogue box where you paste your code.
Paste the code and OK the box.
This will give you a little markup item on your FW page. Resize it and position it in your layout to suit.
