[Pro] embedding video

Greetings all
I have placed videos in my site before using Freeway pro. But now I want to upload it to quicktime streaming service and embed videos from there to my webpage.
The server has placed a sample file for me to play with.

ok so now how do embed this? I am unable to see the source page in Firefox. Does the video streaming service have to provide me some embedding info?

That is probably the easiest way to make sure you get it right.

But you could probably use an iFrame too. http://www.deltadesign.co/fw_examples/stream.html
