Hi I keep getting this error message when I try and buy something off my site. Does anyone know which web site address I should put in there and where do I change my details on the admin page, I can’t seem to find your details as stated on the error message.

do you have to upload your site before you can connect to mals e-commerce?
I’m trying to view in safari preview and I keep getting the error message even though i think everything is set correctly on freeway and mals

Well if you think that one of the settings in Mals is for your web address then it certainly would be worth trying.
I didn’t realise that you hadn’t uploaded! I think that you have to be online to load the initial config file.
But also check that you have set the web address of your shop in Document Setup
