Since I started using Exhibeo I notice that there is a color shift on my images when they are viewed in Firefox 37.0.1 but they look normal when they are viewed in Safari 7.1.5.
After examining the files generated by Exhibeo I realized that Exhibeo removes the color profile of the image and without the color profile Firefox is not displaying the colors correctly.
Previously when I used Showcase I did not have this issue.
I also noticed that Firefox display everything with more saturation than Safari.
I wondered if anybody else experienced this?? thanks
You know, I think people have commented before about this… I’m not sure how to work around this until Exhibeo starts working like Freeway-- allowing “pass thru” images that the app doesn’t alter.
But if you do set up your images before exporting them to Exhibeo, so that Exhibeo doesn’t have to alter the size or anything, you can then replace the Exhibeo processed images with your own profiled images in the output. You’d have to do that manually of course, but it would give you your profiled images.
