I’ve created a site and I need to send it to the customer, created on a Mac, they are on PC. I can test drive it on a PC.

Just need to know how do I ‘collect’ this site for sending?

Publish (perhaps best to hold down the Control key and choose Publish
Everything form the File menu), then give the customer a complete
zipped copy of the Site folder. You may want to remove the _siteinfo
file as that’s just there to help Freeway’s upload checking process,
but it is tiny and doesn’t matter.

Oh, it may first also be good to consider whether you want to use
Freeway’s option to put text-styling CSS into an external style sheet
or not. This doesn’t affect object CSS styles - those are left inside
each page - but it may be more what the customer might expect.

And also, check in File > Document Setup that the HTML code output is
set to ‘More Readable’. That makes life much simpler for anyone
looking directly at the code.

Thank you, I assume they can then just run it in any browser?

Another way to do this is to select the File → Upload menu option in
FW.
When the window comes up, the menu button in the top left probably
says FTP.
Select File Copy from this menu. “Select” a folder to put the stuff in
(create a new folder) and click OK.
Your site is now in a folder just like on the web. Zip it up and send
it or put the zip file on your server for them to download, etc
Launch the index.html file in the folder and your web site should look
the same as on the server.
If you are trying to test PHP on your computer using MAMP, this is
how you do it.
