[Pro] Facebook Like Action Problem

I have created a Freeway site for a client which includes a Facebook like on every page (on master).

I can publish and upload the files from Freeway without a problem.

I then ‘Archived’ the Freeway site and sent the resulting Freeway files to the client.

The problem is when they ‘publish’ they get an error message saying:

ACTION CANNOT BE USED. The following Actions have been incorrectly applied and will be ignored.

Action: “Facebook Like Button”, Page: “Home”.

Then it lists all the pages that the action is on.

One requirement for this Action to work is that the url must be entered in the Upload dialogue, which it is.

Does anyone have an idea as to why this error is showing?

Thanks,

Sly.

When you archive a site it removes all the details from the upload dialog. Get your client to reenter the URL and it should start working. If it doesn’t then send the file into Support with a description of what’s happening and they’ll look into it for you. Their email address is support(a)softpress.com.

Hope this helps,

Joe

Thanks very much Joe, I didn’t know Archiving did that.

I’m pretty sure that’s the issue.
