[Pro] fade in /out repeatedly?

I want to take a simple html item and make it fade in and out repeatedly. What I am trying to achieve is an animated glowing effect for the whole page. I know I could use fade lightshow and just repeat a single graphic over and over but I wanted to use just an HTML item and apply a glow to it in the inspector pallette to keep file size down.

Found one solution… I applied Target show/hide layer to the html item the applied Target group timer to the page. It is doing what I want but not as smooth a transition as I would like.
