I’ve created the feedback form as per instructions on Softpress and get the email just fine. What I can’t figure out is the Error and Success pages. I make new pages but then they are ‘Error.html.html’ and ‘Thankyou.html.html’. I’ve tried deleting one of the HTMLs but I have yet to get an Error page or Success page. I just get the 500 Error page.

Click on the error page in the site panel and with the Inspector palette open check the page title and name. The title can be anything you like (“Thank you for your email” for example) and the name should be something along the lines of “thanks.html”. I suspect your page title is “Error.html” and the page name (which Freeway takes from the title) became “Error.html.html”.
Repeat this process with the success page.
Back to your form page and make sure that both the error and success pages are specified in the PHP Feedback Form Action and you should be back on track.
