[Pro] Flash html file insertion

Good Morning Freeway Talk,
Can anyone tell me how to place an html file I’ve published from Flash into my Freeway document.
I thought I could simply draw an html box and import the file to include it in my Freeway document.
I can see the html file placed there with the file name, but will not play once I preview.
I needed my Flash movie to include a transparent background and found this was the only was to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Cory

You could include it in an iFrame - but remember that you will need to get all the associated files up to your server as well so that they will be referenced correctly from the HTML page.

As far as transparency goes for your Flash movie. Select the movie Item>Extended wmode:transparent may do the trick.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for getting back to me…
Hmmm… not wild about the iFrame execution and
I can’t seem to locate (Select the movie Item>Extended wmode:transparent)… is it in the publish settings dialog?
Thanks, Cory

No - if you drag your swf onto the FW page and then select it and Item>Extended and in the dialogue box that opens (I think under the Embed tag) enter New with name of wmode and value of transparent.

Give it a go.

But why are you reticent about the iFrame?
