Hi Everyone
Wanting to achieve a fixed nav bar at the top of a page but have noticed that if the site incorporates flash ie banner then when scrolling up or down when the flash element passes under the the html text the text has a slight animation effect which is a bit annoying (goes brighter and darker). Has anyone else come across this and found a way round it.

Click once on the Flash movie, and open the Item / Extended dialog. Make sure the Embed header is selected in that dialog, and then click on New. In the resulting sub-dialog, enter:
Press Okay twice, and you should be better. It’s never going to be perfect, but this will make it as good as it’s going to be.
