I built this site for a friend many years ago. Two years ago his son took over and had a friend re-design the site using Flash. His friend has “moved on” and now he wants me to make some changes.
I don’t think there’s anything I can do since everything looks very foreign to me now.
Any suggestions? And no, I don’t have Flash.

I dont see much (if any Flash) in there - mostly just images (and Frames too!)
No problem to recreate in FW as long as you get the necessary image files but I dont think there are that many I would reuse apart from the logo.

Thanks for your comments. I thought it was Flash because, originally, it couldn’t be seen on an iPad.
Also, I am confused by the fact that the url never changes when links are hit?
Would it be a good idea to get rid of the frames?

absolutely - frames are annoying, SEO unfriendly and outdated. I think the main reason for using frames in this page had been to have a fixed header and footer area. But I’m pretty sure that this could be tackled in Freeway as well without using frames. Probably this will help you out?:

Maybe - but there is no need to go down this route. People dont mind scrolling.
Just build a decent site and it wont be an issue.
