That actin makes the image slide down, but when the rollover goes away the
image does not slide back as it does in the demo page.

Sorry, you’re right – it does appear that’s the only transition on
order at the moment. The jQuery effect does use CSS3 transforms on
supported browsers, so the effect is possible in CSS3, just not
exposed in the Action (yet).
