setup it using the freeway manual instructions. missing something. tried serveral email addresses on the server and through yahoo. form does not return info to server or remote email.
what is the best form solution for pro. everytime I make a form the hosting company says it is missing the necessary code. (ix web hosting)
The PHPFF works great on all standard servers running PHP as long as you follow a few simple rules.
1 - Name your input fields correctly - this is done in the inspector under the 3rd tab with each input field selected (the Name box) - the critical names are name, email and subject (all lowercase)
2 - If you create your form in a table structure such as at http://www.deltadesign.co/formtest.html then apply the action to the table (Item>Actions>PHPFF). This method helps to keep all your items/text boxes aligned. Recommended.
3 - If scattered about the page like yours then apply the action as Page>Page Actions>PHPFF
But dont do both.
