I have signed up for Fotomoto and want to throw the script on my pages… The support team said to put it above the tag. This is simply going into the menus up top and adding their custom code and hitting OK, correct?

I am sure that you have watched Thomas’s video by now but adding code in FW can be done by using Page>Html Markup and then choose from the dropdown which section you want to add the code into.
In your case it should be before
